ELABORATION
With two continuous fermentations using two different yeasts. An ale yeast and a lager yeast fermenting at unusual temperatures to achieve a beer with the best of both styles: the richness of aromas and nuances of an ale with a dry and refreshing finish of a lager.
In the production, corn flakes are incorporated following the style of Cream ale to achieve its characteristic creaminess in the mouth.

HOPS: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Hallertauer, Summit.
MALTS: Pale Ale, Pilsen, Maris Otter, Carapils.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS: Cornflakes and orange peel.


SERVICE
Recommended to serve between 3 and 6º. In a glass or Pilsner type glass.
You will notice the nuances better by throwing the beer at a certain distance from the glass in the center so that it generates foam. And then finish filling by pouring the rest.
PAIRING
Very refreshing beer ideal for single or paired with salads, fish or light meat.

MILK SHAKE IPA
The union of two very characteristic styles that result in an explosion of aromas.

ELABORATION
Pale malts characteristic of IPA beers are used as a base. American hops are added to the boil, and then during double dry hopping. For the fermentation, we include Saison yeast that adds hints of spices, especially pepper.
 
In the elaboration we add lactose to give more body to the beer.

HOPS: Citra, Columbus, Simcoe.
MALTS: Pilsen, Bohemian pilsen malted on ground, Wheat malt, Cararuby.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS: Lactose.
SERVICE
Recommended to serve between 4 and 7º. In Teku or Tulipa glass, or IPA glass.

Refreshing beer with a dry finish ideal to drink alone or paired with spiced or spicy dishes, intense starters and cheeses such as Camembert or Gorgonzola. Try it with a cheesecake.
